We are pleased to be able to offer a Local Home Delivery Service, to help support our customers and the local community who are unable to leave their homes during the Coronavirus outbreak. More than ever, we feel very strongly that we need to try and do our best to keep everyone fed and supplied, so we are offering a selection of Meat and Veg Boxes along with the Daily Essentials, during these unprecedented times.
We urge you please, if you are fit, well and are able to do so, to visit The Shop for your supplies or use our Call & Collect Service. There are a limited number of deliveries that we can make and we must ensure they go to the people who need them the most.
Our Call & Collect Service is available for you to collect your order from The Shop.
Orders for Call & Collect will be taken by phone. TO PLACE YOUR ORDER PLEASE CALL US ON 020 8761 0018, 07834 828039, Tuesday – Friday 9 am – 3 pm. Orders can be placed up to a week in advance for collection or delivery Wednesday to Saturday.
We have a selection of our fresh and homemade produce, including some essential store cupboard goods for you to order. Before placing your order over the phone you can browse our available products by downloading the PDF files on the product page.
We want to reassure our customers that we are taking extra measures in The Shop to keep you and our team safe, if you are in a position to come into the Shop or send someone for you please do so, please dress appropriately as there may be queues.
How do I order for Local Home Delivery
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery charge is:
Under £25 a £10 charge
£25 - £40 a £4 charge
£40 and over Free
The above charges will be added to your final bill.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes the minimum order is £25.
What is the delivery order cut off?
We need your order before 12 midday 2 days before we deliver to your postcode. ie order by:Monday for Wednesday, Tuesday for Thursday, Wednesday for Friday. We will try to get your order delivered in the next slot for your area, but if we are unable to arrange for that we will contact you with the next available slot.
You would be able to collect your order if you need it quicker than we can deliver.
When will you deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered at some point on your delivery day. Please ensure you provide your telephone number when you placing your order.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order in full with a debit or credit card.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to postcodes SE21, SE24 and SE27 on Wednesday and Friday, and to SE19 and SE26 on Thursday.
I can’t see my postcode listed. Will you be delivering to me?
We are working hard on delivering further afield in the near future. Please do not order if you are outside these post codes as we will not be able to arrange delivery and will have to process a refund of your online payment .
Will I be able to claim Reward points?
We are unable to add the points on call and collect or delivery orders as the systems are not integrated
We are aiming to fulfill all orders, however due to the unusual circumstances, please accept that we may have to amend your order subject to availability. In the event of any order items being unavailable, we will aim to offer a suitable substitute.
