Great for the traditional Sunday Roast or that special occasion, with Yorkshire Pud, Roast Potatoes,and Horseraddish or mustard. Makes a great beef sandwich with our sourdough loaf and salt and mustard.


We recomend  200grm pre-cooking weight per person.
